monster." This introductory episode deals with the issue of the nature
of these kinds of argument and ask the question that Abraham asked,
"Shall not the judge of all the earth do what is just?"

I really appreciate the work you're doing here. I love the fact that you acknowledge the holiness of God, that must be brought into the discussion, otherwise, all is lost.
ReplyDeleteGreat 'cast title - only by doing "the just" can He be qualified to judge.
ReplyDeleteI kind of get the point of S&G to be that of "innocent before guilty" and that we ought to have a relaxed rule of law that allows some guilty to go free so long as we never punish any innocent, rather than incarcerating all the guilty even if it means a few innocents must get locked up as well.
I think Jesus was really anti-capital punishment with his statement of "let he who is without sin cast the first stone".
